Oftentimes, patients get excellent medical care at medical institutions, however, after being discharged, they lack the medical knowledge to continue initiated care plans. Due to compounding circumstances, and in spite of our best efforts in initiating safe and effective care plans, patients fail to progress.
Totoe Medical Services provides solutions to strengthen the care plan of treated and released patients and their crafted, post-release plans by assisting them with their activities of daily living as they recuperate from their deconditioned state and help patients improve their overall health conditions, and therefore their quality of life.
